In the process of interest rate marketization,the reform of financial industry is gradually deepening.In this context,in order to achieve long-term development of commercial banks,customers have become the focus of their attention.How to better realize the use of the relationship between customers and banks is the key to the future development of banks.By combining theoretical research and data research methods,this paper makes an overall study on the business environment,the distribution of corporate business areas,the development status of corporate business,the management of corporate customers and the segmentation of corporate customers of China Resources Bank Shenzhen Branch.The research believes that in order to better realize the management of corporate customer relationship,it is necessary to establish a "customer-oriented" model On the basis of this,the corresponding management system isconstructed.At the same time,we use the case analysis method to study the design,structure design,operation and development of the corporate customer relationship management system,and then we get a set of management system which can be better applied in the commercial bank's corporate customer relationship management.I hope that with the help of the research work in this paper,we can better promote the transformation and development of commercial banks,and make them gradually change from "product sales as the core" to "customer-centric",so as to achieve long-term development.
