The present study aims to measure the influence of product and service quality on customer satisfaction with a focus on clothes retail business shop in Phnom Penh city.The significance of study is beneficial to clothes retail proprietors and investors,clothes retail business management team and academics.For primary sources was collected through questionnaire.Sample size of population of 22-to-30-y ear-old city dwellers was calculated to get 196 respondents for this study,which judgement sampling technique was employed to reach them.For quantitative data,using descriptive statistic and bivariate linear regression were utilized to analyze and use SPSS software program to run data.First objective is to figure out personal information and shopping pattern For the information,male,22-to-24-year-old,single,bachelor’s degree,company employee,and more than $315 category were the highest,and for the pattern,most people preferred to go once per months with friends on spending more than $15.Second objective is to measure extent of effect of product quality by using seven main dimensions.The result showed that performance,features,reliability,conformance,durability,aesthetics and perceived-quality had effect on customer satisfaction.Lastly,third objective is to ascertain extent of effect of service quality through utilizing retail service quality scale.Its five dimensions including physical aspects,reliability,personal interaction,problem solving,and policy had all impact on customer satisfaction.
