With the rapid development of market economy in China,m ore and more customers have increasingly strict requirements,not only for product quality,but also for service quality.As a result,the competition among enterprises is also increasingly fierce.To what extent an enterprise can meet customer requirements,improve customer satisfaction,can be used as an evaluation index for enterprise operation and management,and can also serve as the enterprise’s development prospect in the future.Therefore,an increasing number of enterprises have begun to realize that the customer is the foundation of their survival and development,and it has been defined as the long-term strategy to improve service value and customer satisfaction.TE company is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise registered in China,providing comprehensive connectivity solutions for most of the automobile manufacturers and their suppliers.Its core products are industry-leading terminals and connectors applicable to the car powertrain systems,safety & security systems,body and chassis systems,etc.Against the backdrop of increasingly stringent automotive industry standards and more fierce market competition,customers pose much higher requirements for TE’s products and services.Selecting TE company as the research object,this thesis made certain research and exploration on how to improve its customer satisfaction by using the relevant theories of customer satisfaction,the knowledge of economics and management.As the first step,a customer satisfaction index system was set up based on the features of automobile industry and the actual situation of TE company.Then a survey of customer satisfaction was conducted,identifying the problems and the root causes behind.Based on this,the corresponding customer satisfaction improvement plan was provided.Focusing on “customer satisfaction”,making sure that every staff of TE company really cares about customer satisfaction in their daily work,this thesis defined the countermeasures on how to improve TE company’s customer satisfaction.Customer satisfaction is an eternal theme.All the enterprises should pay more attention to it.This thesis also has some reference significance for the other companies with the similar situation.
