| The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)for the first time included the building of a "beautiful China" in its report.Building a beautiful Zhejiang and creating a better life are the concrete practice of building a beautiful China in Zhejiang,as well as the inheritance and promotion of the strategic goal of building a green and ecological Zhejiang put forward by the provincial party committee.Building beautiful cities and towns is an important strategic measure in the process of promoting high-quality development,promoting the "two high standards" construction and promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas in Zhejiang.It is also aimed at making the life of urban residents better.Based on the research on the construction of beautiful towns in Meicheng town,this paper discusses the problems existing in the process of the construction of beautiful towns,and draws on the advanced experience at home and abroad to put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for the construction of beautiful towns in Meicheng town based on theory and practice,so as to make a breakthrough and find a new path and new ideas for the construction of beautiful towns.In urban construction process,beautiful Meicheng Town planning guide,closely around the "construction of a new era beautiful towns,reappearance one thousand years old house new look" of the overall goal,clearly define the node points of the annual goal: a year to launch a new Meicheng,two basic built a beautiful town,five years reappearance "ancient mansion in one thousand" new look,at the same time,trying to explore the new era of "Meicheng path" of the construction of the beautiful town.According to the investigation on the current construction status of Meicheng town,it is found that Meicheng town has begun to pay attention to environmental improvement,protection of the ancient city,industrial transformation and other issues.Construction projects in 16 core blocks of the town have been fully started,some streets have been laid out,and many construction projects are still under construction.In the process of renewal,there are still six major problems in the construction of Meicheng town,which are mainly manifested as: great pressure on construction funds,poor public infrastructure and living environment,severe contradiction between the protection and development of ancient city,rigid planning ideas,insufficient construction management of beautiful town,single industry and low scattered enterprises.In order to solve the above problems,based on the construction cases of small towns in Japan and Germany,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the construction experience of various countries for the future urban upgrading construction in China,and gives Suggestions and countermeasures for the development of Meicheng town.The result of case analysis shows that the construction of beautiful towns should adhere to the strategy of sustainable development,attach importance to the construction of ecological environment,promote industrial development to promote the construction of beautiful towns on the basis of scientific and reasonable town planning,and emphasize the guiding and supervising role of the government.Finally,according to the experience and enlightenment at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the construction and development of beautiful towns in Meicheng town.The development of Meicheng town should focus on people,strengthen government work,improve industrial structure,and formulate countermeasures from planning,positioning and existing problems.In view of the construction planning and existing problems in Meicheng town,six development strategies are put forward,such as seeking cooperation mode between government and social capital,improving the living environment,coordinating the development of protection and development,planning the integration of urban and rural functions,strengthening the integration of unification and division,and strengthening industrial support. |
