China is not only the world’s largest producer of garlic,but also the largest consumer and exporter of garlic.Among them,Shandong province is a big province for garlic planting and export,and Laiwu has become a suitable planting and dominant cultivation area for garlic due to its superior natural conditions,and is the famous "three spicy" base in Shandong Province.But garlic industry development in our country there are planted,backward technology,low value-added products,low production-and-pin alignment problem,serious harm the interests of the enterprise and the garlic garlic farmers,restricts the further development of garlic industry,how to solve these problems,the key to become the garlic industry bigger and stronger,is also a focus in the study of this article.Based on the above background,this article to laiwu garlic industrialization as the main research contents,on the basis of literature review,questionnaire survey,literature review and other methods of laiwu garlic cultivation,processing,sales and production-and-pin fusion situation analysis,find out the existing problems and analyze the main influence factors which restrict the development of the industrialization of laiwu garlic,again through the analysis of jinxiang garlic and shanghe development industrialization of advanced experience,promote industrialization of laiwu garlic development countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.The main factors restricting the industrialization of Laiwu garlic are as follows: first,the quality of agricultural labor force is not high,and there is no successor;The cultivated area of Laiwu is small,and the garlic planting technology is not effective enough,and the cost of advanced agricultural equipment is high.Second,garlic processing and marketing enterprises are faced with the constraints of personnel,technology,capital and policies and other external environment.Third,the division of labor between the main body of production-plus-sales is not smooth,resulting in production-plus-sales can not be deeply integrated.These reasons make the development of Laiwu garlic industry obstacles.To solve these problems,Laiwu should further deepen the industrialization development of garlic.Laiwu should carry out projects to improve farmers’ cultural literacy,support family farms,promote new planting techniques,and improve garlic planting quality.Increase investment in talents and science and technology,cultivate innovative leading enterprises,and increase the added value of garlic;To develop specialized cooperatives and improve their service level;Build industrial complex,deepen production-process-marketing deep integration.
