| Jinxiang’s economy is booming because of garlic,and its area,output,grade,quality and export volume are among the highest in the country,accounting for more than 70% of the country’s exports.At present,there are many problems in the development of garlic industry in Jinxiang County.Lack of land limits the scale expansion,the garlic planting environment and conditions are degraded,the scale and mechanization are not high,the market information is opaque,which increases the transaction cost and risk,the added value of primary processed garlic products is low,import quotas and trade restrictions,the pressure of foreign trade is increasing,the garlic industry effect cannot be effectively exerted,the external effect cannot be exerted as it should be,the market service system is imperfect,and the price fluctuation is large,which limits the industrial upgrading.How to solve these problems is the key to jinxiang garlic’s industrial development,and it is also the focus of this paper.Under this background,this paper takes jinxiang garlic industrial development planning as the research subject,deeply studies the formation and development process of jinxiang garlic industry,and adopts research methods such as field investigation,literature research,statistical analysis and investigation,and empirical analysis to deeply analyze the formation and development process of jinxiang garlic industry,and takes jinxiang garlic industrial development as the research object,and studies the following contents.The results are as follows:(1)jinxiang garlic development advantages.Jinxiang County has suitable climate,soil and other natural conditions,and excellent garlic varieties,taking the lead in forming large-scale planting,occupying a broad market and forming a garlic trading and price center.(2)The present situation of industrial development in jinxiang garlic.At present,the output of garlic in Jinxiang County remains stable,and its export occupies a leading position in China,which has achieved full coverage of several major trade zones in China,such as Japan,South Korea,Europe,America and Southeast Asia.Business entities are diversified and the degree of mechanization is not high.(3)The main influencing factors of industrial development in jinxiang garlic.In this paper,many factors of industrial development in jinxiang garlic are analyzed by various investigation and research methods.Continuous cropping and pepper intercropping in jinxiang garlic have a great influence on garlic production.The deep processing degree of garlic products is insufficient,the scale level is not high,and there is high potential to be tapped.The production mode is still mainly family farming and small-scale production.The high tax risk and price fluctuation limit the sustainable development of jinxiang garlic industry.(4)Strengthen industrial policy suggestions in jinxiang garlic.This paper puts forward feasible suggestions for the development of jinxiang garlic from the perspectives of policy,capital and science and technology.Through research,it is concluded that local industries can complete the leap transformation through independent innovation in the recession stage or in the mature stage,and advance to a new period with sustainable development level.The innovation of this paper lies in the analysis of the impact of tax policy changes such as export tax rebate policy on the development of garlic industry.Through the first-hand data obtained from field investigation,this paper compares other major garlic producing areas horizontally,analyzes the weak points of jinxiang garlic’s industrial development,and puts forward some suggestions.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for jinxiang garlic’s industry,and holds that the garlic industry needs further scientific development and sustainable development.Jinxiang garlic’s industry will develop towards organic garlic cultivation,industrialization,refined garlic production and processing,and digital electronic garlic trading. |
