With the continuous development of rural finance,rural financial institutions,especially rural commercial banks,are playing an increasingly important role in promoting the development and improvement of financial services in rural areas,revitalizing rural financial resources,and activating rural financial markets.The continuous development of rural commercial banks has very important practical significance for improving China’s financial market system and promoting rural economic development.It also provides a strong boost for rural rejuvenation and new rural construction,and therefore has good economic and social benefits.With the improvement of people’s living standards,it has brought more and more attention to their own rights and interests,and there have been more expectations and requirements for the service quality of banks.The weight of bank service quality levels in customer consumption choices has gradually increased.In this case,Xinmi Rural Commercial Bank can only keep improving the customer satisfaction and service quality in order to retain the original old customers and strive for new customer resources,so as to obtain survival and development.Based on this,this paper combines the current status of service quality of Xinmi Rural Commercial Bank,finds out the existing problems by investigating and analyzing the service quality of bank customers,and proposes methods for improving the service quality of Xinmi Rural Commercial Bank based on the survey results..Based on the in-depth exploration of domestic and foreign service quality evaluation models,this paper draws on the SERVPERF service quality evaluation theoretical model,combines the characteristics of Xinmi Rural Commercial Bank and the bank’s important factors such as questionnaires,descriptive statistics and factor analysis And reliability analysis methods to develop a service quality evaluation system applicable to Xinmi Rural Commercial Bank.The system is a set of 20 indicators that include four dimensions: tangible,responsive,reliable,and guaranteed.Evaluation scale.The empirical analysis results show that the scale has high reliability and effectiveness,and has certain theoretical guidance and practical significance for the service quality management of Xinmi Rural Commercial Bank,which helps it understand customer needs,track service quality,and improve Service level and competitive advantage of banks.At the same time,on the basis of the SERVPERF service quality evaluation theoretical model,this article adds weight ideas,analyzes the weights of various dimensions and indicators using related relationships,and draws the service quality evaluation of Xinmi Rural Commercial Bank Guarantee is the most important.In addition,the study also calculated the specific score of the service quality of Xinmi Rural Commercial Bank,and concluded that the customer was “satisfied” with the service level of the bank.Finally,this article combined the strategy matrix analysis method and the results of the questionnaire survey,and put forward four suggestions for improving the service quality of Xinmi Rural Commercial Bank.
