In recent years,the development of cold chain logistics industry has been promoted by the surge in the scale of China's perishable products market,but it also exacerbates the difficulty of joint scheduling of inventory and transportation of perishables enterprises,and this situation also leads to serious perishables loss,the high cost of cold chain logistics,and even potential safety hazard.Therefore,the research on integrated scheduling of inventory and transportation process for perishable products,thorough effective control of inventory and reasonable arrangdement of distribution,is conductive to improve the operating efficiency of the supply chain and reduce the cost of cold chain logisitics.The logistics distribution network of cold fresh meat of a perishable enterprise in Shenyang Branch is taken as the research object.Firstly,the problems and reasons of cold fresh meat distribution of a perishable enterprise are analyzed.Based on the self-operated cold chain logistics mode and the software and hardware infrastructure of information management of a perishable enterprise,the VMI model is proposed to improve its inventory distribution model,and the fixed delivery cycle and maximum inventory control strategy of VMI mode are formulated.Secondly,considering the influence of different vehicle types on the fuel consumption,refrigerant consumption and carbon emission of refrigerated vehicles,the inventory routing optimization model by heterogeneous refrigerated vehicles is established to meet the random demand of retailers in the multi cycle environment.Tirdly,a multi-chromosome genetic algorithm based on Taguchi experimental design is designed according to the characteristics of multi-vehicle distribution.A multi-chromosome coding method based on the linked list structure is adopted.The parameter turning experiment of the algorithm based on Taguchi method is designed to obtain the approximate optimal combination parameters.Finally,according to the actual data of the enterprise,the optimal distribution plan with the minimum total cost during the planning period is obtained by using Matlab software.The validity and superiority of the VMI-based perishable inventory routing model and the multi-chromosome genetic algorithm based on Taguchi experimental design are verified.Aming at the problems of waste of delivery capacity,low customer satisfaction and material scheduling in the cold fresh meat distribution of a perishable enterprise in Shenyang Branch,the fixed delivery cycle and maximum inventory control strategy of VMI mode and a multi-chromosome genetic algorithm based on Taguchi experimental design can effectively control the inventory,rationally schedule the vehicles,and scientifically optimize the distribution routing,which reduces the total cost of the supply chain by 15.51% and the total carbon emissions of the supply chain by 19.03%.It has certain practical guiding significance for the enterprise to adopt advanced logistics management mode to improve its operation ability.
