Study On The Long-Term Financial Strategy Of Beijing-Oriental In The Perspective Of Life Cycle

China's consumer electronics industry has been in the "missing core less screen" state,industry awareness has been "to develop high-tech only through the introduction of technology rather than independent innovation",in this key link,Beijing Oriental as the industry leader,breaking through the foreign control of TFT-LCD industrial technology,With its own unique management style to create a belong to China's electronic LCD screen era.In the course of studying the strategy of Beijing oriental,it is found that the formulation of its overall strategy has some effect.Financial strategy is a very important part of the overall strategy,studying its financial strategy will not only help to find and help Beijing Oriental solve its own problems,but also provide some experience for similar enterprises to achieve better and faster development,while the life cycle perspective can help to better study the financial strategy,because it can analyze the financial situation of enterprises from both static and dynamic perspectives,and can compare financial strategies at different stages.Therefore,this paper chooses to base on the enterprise's life cycle perspective,the use of sales revenue growth rate method and cash flow combination method to judge the enterprise's life cycle,judge that the enterprise is in the growth and growth,and from the investment,financing,dividend distribution three aspects combined with the financial strategy matrix analysis method analysis of the enterprise's financial strategy analysis,found that Beijing Oriental in the antiindustry cycle of counter-trend expansion there is a serious shortage of cash flow,poor profitability and other issues,the formation of these problems and enterprises receive a large number of financial subsidies,And mainly rely on the local government's financing platform targeted share issue and long-term borrowing to maintain the enterprise's net profit,in view of these problems,this paper put forward some optimization proposals.Finally,through the study,it is found that the overall strategy and financial strategy formulated by Beijing Oriental has a certain reference to other enterprises,but some specific strategies in the financial strategy have certain problems,therefore,Beijing Oriental should also make a moderate adjustment of its financial strategy.
