Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the pressure on the ecological environment is growing.Some bad weather and environmental events happen occasionally,seriously affecting people’s production and life.At the same time,people gradually pay attention to the construction of ecological civilization,and the government pays more attention to the sustainable development of economy.We will integrate the construction of ecological civilization into the overall layout of the "five in one" cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in order to achieve the goal of beautiful China and the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.At the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,it was proposed to audit the departure of natural resources assets of leading cadres and improve the supervision system of ecological civilization.As an important part of the public management object,natural resource assets,and audit institutions,as the corresponding government departments,are responsible for supervision and audit.Furthermore,it is an important step to carry out the audit supervision on the natural resources assets of leading cadres to promote the construction of ecological civilization.The implementation of the audit on the departure of natural resources assets of leading cadres has improved the corresponding audit supervision system and gradually formed a relatively mature and complete set of audit norms.The implementation of this audit work promotes the standardization of the leading cadres’ views on political achievements and development,the protection of natural resources assets and ecological environment,the rational development and utilization of natural resources assets and the protection of ecological environment,and finally achieves the goal of high-quality and healthy economic and social development.This paper selects the audit work of natural resources assets leaving office of leading cadres in R city as the research object,using the research methods such as investigation and research method,induction and summary method,according to the order of case analysis,putting forward problems,analyzing problems and improving countermeasures,studies the problems existing in the audit and supervision of natural resources assets in R city.First of all,we need to fully understand the current situation of r city’s departure audit of natural resources assets;second,we need to understand the work of R city’s departure audit of natural resources assets and the existing problems,and analyze the reasons;finally,according to this audit,we need to find solutions,hoping to optimize them To supervise the management of natural resources assets,further promote the local government to strengthen the awareness of ecological and environmental protection,establish the concept of scientific development,and ensure the conservation and intensive use of natural resources assets and ecological security.
