Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core has raised the work of poverty alleviation and development in China to the height of governing the country,emphasizing that eradicating poverty,improving people's livelihood and realizing common prosperity are the essential requirements of socialism,and winning the battle against poverty is the bottom line task of building a well-off society in an all-round way.On the basis of drawing on the previous theoretical achievements,Xi Jinping creatively put forward a series of poverty alleviation
