Research On Tax Service Of Grass-roots Tax Authorities

In recent years,the transformation of government functions and the establishment of a"service-oriented government" are in full swing in China.Governments and administrative institutions at all levels are closely following the country's major policies,actively improving their definition of functions,and transforming their work style to Building a service-oriented government In this important transition period,as an important functional department of the government,the taxation authority connects the country to the top and connects billions of taxpayers to the bottom.The work ability and image of the tax authorities,especially the grassroots tax authorities,are particularly important.The tax service of the grassroots tax authorities greatly affects the establishment of a"service-oriented tax authority" and is closely related to the establishment of a"service-oriented government".This article takes the L County Taxation Bureau as an example to investigate and investigate the tax payment service of the grassroots tax authorities.Through investigation and analysis,some deficiencies in the current tax service of L County Taxation Bureau are analyzed,such as inadequate information level,insufficient communication and coordination ability of the department,and insufficient taxation policy publicity ability.The issue raised some considerations and suggestions for the improvement of the tax service of L County Taxation Bureau.
