The Research On The Investment Strategy Adjustment Of The Taicang Port Economic And Technological Development Zone Logistic Industry

Rely on the national first-class port:Taicang Port,Taicang port economic and technology development zone forms the professional logistics industry such as:port transportation,premium routes,delivery center,commodity transaction platform etc.However,logistic industry requires large amount land resource for development,with the small amount of output.Also because of the unbalanced development of logistics industry,the confliction between the requirement and nature resource constraints are serious.The logistics industry in Taicang port economic and technology development zone encounters bottleneck as well as logistic investment.In this paper,adjustment of the logistics investment strategy is the enter point.The use of STP theory,4Ps theory survey method,literature research method SWOT analysis method is to analysis the features of the logistics industry in Taicang port economic and technology development zone,so as to find the problem of the investment strategy.By the thought of this paper,how to adjust the investment strategies is focuing on high-quality projects,achieving precise investment,settling down the qualitied increments,and the increase of unit output;the policy of "one company,one policy" to acctract the good quality project;promoting the logistic industry by developing the service promotion and personalized promotion meathord;focusing on the internet promotion and increasing loyalty of intermediary.On the base of new industry segmentation,four strategies is proposed,the detail measurements as well as guarantees of the investment strategy in the future is designed.
