| In this thesis,the author referenced to the relevant literature and summarized the development histroy,research status and achievements of the predecessors of the post evaluation theory. For understanding the current situation of the development of the regional logistics and their implementation of the planning, on-the-spot investigation was carried out in part of hunan province city state. The specific research contents are as follows:1.Analyzed the environment of the development of modern logistics industry in hunan province from the macro economic development,location and transportation, development policy of logistics industry. According to actual situation that the development level of logistics industry in hunan province is not balanced, a evaluation index system of relevant statistical data was established based on economic strength of various cities state, the production and consumption field, transportation condition, informationization degree and infrastructure construction investment. The principal component analysis is used to process the related data, and get two representative comprehensive principal component indexs.2.The cluster analysis method is used to process and analysis the two indexs.According to the results of the clustering analysis, the state of14city logistics industry development level are classified.3.According to the requirements of main goal and task of the national the Planning of Logistics Industry Adjustment and Revitalization and The Implementation Planning of Hunan Logistics Industry Revitalization (2009-2011), the author summarized the overall situation and achievements of the implementation of the plan for three years in hunan province, refined the experience, expounded the existent problem of modern logistics industry in the process of its development, put forward key point and policy suggestions of the development of modern logistics industry in Hunan province. Finally, we can draw the conclusion that a modern logistics service system which has more rational layout, relatively smooth information, more standardized management and certain competitive power in Hunan province. |
