Studies Of Food Safety Supervision In The Circulation Link Of L County

The circulation link is the most important link to govern the hidden dangers of food safety,The characteristics of "a lot of points,a wide range,a long line " have brought great difficulty to supervision.The food safety situation in L county is still severe and complex.In this paper,the food safety supervision in circulation of L county is selected as the research object,using methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.This paper systematically expounds the concept and content of food safety supervision in circulation,describes the current situation of supervision.It found that because of the lack of system reform,imperfect laws and regulations,low level of industrial development and old ideas,there are some problems in the food safety supervision in circulation of L county,such as unreasonable setting of supervision agency,Inadequacy of the number and capacity of supervision staff,ineffective implementation of main responsibility of operators,unclear division of supervision responsibility,single supervision means and insufficient investment.This article is guided by the theory of governance,Summing up the theoretical research and practical experience at home and abroad,it puts forward the countermeasures to improve food safety supervision in the circulation link of L County,such as further straightening out the supervision system and mechanism,promoting the modernization of supervision,strengthening the construction of supervision team and constructing the social network governance mode.Finally,the conclusion is that to solve the problem of food safety supervision in the circulation link of L county,deepening the reform is the most important method,strengthening the construction of supervision team is the key,from supervision to governance is the final solution.It will provide reference for L county to deepen the reform of food safety supervision system in circulation and improve governance level.
