In the era of knowledge economy,the knowledge reserve of enterprises reflects the competitive advantage of enterprises.Science,technology and knowledge innovation have become the strategic resources of the society.All walks of life pay attention to knowledge competition.With the help of knowledge,enterprises of all sizes enhance their adaptability through learning to achieve long-term development.To some extent,the development process of an enterprise is a process of continuous learning,innovation and accumulation.The company A selected in this paper is taken as the research object.First of all,considering that the company has more than 20 years of practical experience in organizational learning and has achieved good results,it is of practical guiding significance to the study of this case.Secondly,the key elements that constitute its core competitiveness are all influenced by its organizational learning,which is conducive to the further case analysis of the correlation model between organizational learning and enterprise core competitiveness.Finally,this paper provides some Suggestions to enterprises from the mechanism of the dynamic system of organizational learning and knowledge management for improving the adaptability of enterprises,which is of certain practical significance.On combing of literature review and the related variables in the process of refining,sorting out the relevant variables affecting organizational learning,then the variable relationship in accordance with its own development and the relationship between the argument,looking for information about the target case and the data,by coding and evidence,for example,the variable relationship between facts to support,through research on relationships between variables analysis to extract the new variable relationship,showing the process of organizational learning.Finally,the process of organizational learning is analyzed and the framework of dynamic evolution mechanism of organizational learning is established.Through the longitudinal case study of the target enterprise,this article for each development phase of its 26-year path and mechanism of organizational learning are analyzed and discussed respectively,and discusses the dynamic capability of the mediation under the action of identifying opportunities,innovate constantly learning,to knowledge acquisition and the importance of further knowledge of the application process.The analysis of this paper shows that: first,in the initial stage,it is the stage for enterprises to construct the necessary knowledge.Based on the integration and application of the inherent knowledge domain,enterprises mainly focus on individual learning and properly combine exploratory learning.Second,in the growth stage,the scale of the enterprise continues to expand to adapt to the changing internal and external environment.The enterprise begins to adopt multi-level and diversified learning methods.Third,the transition phase,the second venture of enterprise,innovation by exploring study,and by developing learning to acquire knowledge,to further to application of knowledge,in the process of feedback and promote knowledge innovation,again with the enterprise internal knowledge resources complement each other,forming a virtuous circle of the organization knowledge constantly updated.
