The development and utilization of human resources plays an increasingly important role in the core competitiveness of enterprises.As an important module in human resource management,performance management helps enterprises achieve the transformation and decomposition of strategic objectives,and is the most effective tool for enterprise strategic management.Due to the influence of history and cultural background,the introduction of performance management in China's insurance companies is relatively late.How to construct an advanced performance management system to cope with market competition is particularly urgent and significant.Through an in-depth investigation of the performance management of HA Agricultural Insurance Hengyang Branch,it is found that the current performance management of HA Agricultural Insurance Hengyang Branch has the following problems:(1)formalism in the performance appraisal process;(2)design defects in performance contract design;3)There is a lack of fairness in performance contracts;(4)There is disorder in performance appraisal management.These problems have led to a certain impact on the performance management performance of HA Agricultural Insurance Hengyang Branch,which has impeded the enthusiasm of employees and reduced the efficiency of employees.After a questionnaire survey on the performance management of HA Agricultural Insurance Hengyang Branch,this paper comprehensively applied the incentive theory,contingency theory and human capital theory to analyze the problems in the performance management process of HA Agricultural Insurance Hengyang Branch and found out The reasons for the problems are summarized as follows:(1)The middle managers of HA Agricultural Insurance Hengyang Branch have different powers and responsibilities,and the company's performance management is influenced by traditional ideas.The phenomenon of "big pot rice" still exists;(2)HA Agricultural Insurance Hengyang Branch currently The performance target design is not realistic,some employees have insufficient capacity and the supporting system mechanism for performance appraisal is not established;(3)HA agricultural insurance Hengyang branch current performance lacks qualitative and quantitative indicators;(4)HA agricultural insurance Hengyang branch The current division of performance management is unclear and there is a lack of effective communication between members of the organization.Based on the problems existing in the current performance management process of HA Agricultural Insurance Hengyang Branch and the reasons based on these problems,the business indicators of the employees of the HA Agricultural Insurance Hengyang Branch,the evaluation indicators of the managers,the evaluation period of the employees and the employees The process of performance appraisal and the implementation process were systematically designed,and the safeguard measures for the performance appraisal system of HA Agricultural Insurance Hengyang Branch were put forward.This paper suggests that HA agricultural insurance Hengyang Branch can make efforts in the protection of performance appraisal system including:(1)Building a corporate culture that is conducive to performance appraisal;(2)Promoting the institutionalization of performance appraisal;(3)Establishing a performance appraisal organization;(4)Improving the professional training of appraisers.
