Case Analysis And Policy Selection Of Risk Control Of Trade Financing In Rizhao City

With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization,China's import and export trade has been developing,the number of trade enterprises is rising rapidly,and the scale of trade financing is also expanding.However,there are certain risks in trade financing,which will have a negative impact on the sustainable development of enterprises,and even bring serious regional risks to the regional economy.In this context,only good risk control can make trade financing better serve for economic development.This paper takes the risk control of trade financing in Rizhao City as the research object.Based on the review of trade financing and its risk control,using the research methods of case study and investigation interview,it makes a systematic analysis and Research on the risk control of trade financing in Rizhao City.Through the analysis of typical trade financing risk control failure cases in Rizhao City,the main problems and deficiencies in trade financing risk control in Rizhao City are sorted out.It is found that in Rizhao trade financing risk control,commercial banks pay more attention to index profit than risk prevention and control,supervision units lag behind and have limited means,administrative punishment and punishment are not enough,information asymmetry and other problems,which greatly aggravate the trade financing risk.Based on the actual situation of Rizhao City,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions for trade financing risk control: the government should adapt to the market development and change its functions,cooperate with multiple departments for joint supervision,and the regulatory units should continuously improve the quality and efficiency of supervision from the aspects of supervision,accountability,and cultural construction,etc.;the judicial departments should make great efforts to combat the evasion of debts,optimize the legal environment,and strengthen the law In terms of the construction of laws and credit system and information construction,an electronic data platform should be established to realize the integration and sharing of effective information.Based on the case study of Rizhao trade financing risk control failure,from the practical point of view,specific case specific analysis,can provide a certain reference for local risk control,help to carry out regional risk control research.In the aspect of research conclusion,different from the previous research on enterprises or banks,this study puts forward the risk control suggestions which are dominated by the government,multiple participation and collaborative governance,which provides a theoretical reference for the prevention of regional trade financing risk.
