The phenomenon of information asymmetry in the insurance market leads to the misleading behavior of insurance companies and their agents in selling life insurance by virtue of their information superiority.Similarly,due to the information asymmetry,the insurance regulatory departments have some deviation in the supervision of personal insurance sales,which may lead to the "bad driving" result of the insurance market.From the perspective of information asymmetry,this paper studies the supervision of personal insurance sales by means of literature inquiry,field research and case analysis.Among them,it takes the supervision cases implemented by of the CBIRC Rizhao field office as the analysis basis and the supervision measures of personal insurance sales in developed countries and regions as the inspiration.It is found that overcoming information asymmetry is the key to the supervision of life insurance sales.To solve the impact of information asymmetry,the most fundamental measure is to increase the multi-party communication of information.On the one hand,the basic idea of supervision strategy is to gradually improve the information decision-making environment of insurance companies and policyholders,so as to promote them to reduce adverse selection and moral hazard behavior and strengthen the construction of internal control system.On the other hand,it is necessary to make full use of information technology to strengthen the timely rectification and punishment of misleading behavior of personal insurance sales...
