The Hedge Project Design Of A Company

Egg is China's first livestock futures and agricultural products,since 2013 egg futures listed in the Dalian Commodity Exchange Trading,after more than six years of development,the contract gradually mature and stable,began to show a discovery effect on the spot price of eggs.Because the futures market has the function of price discovery and avoiding risk,we can use the commodity attribute and financial attribute of futures to provide better service for enterprise's risk management and daily operation,that is,to realize hedging.In practice,hedging is an effective way for egg trading enterprises to avoid market risks and enhance their core competitiveness.Company A is an egg trading enterprise,which is an important link between farmers and the demand side of eggs.This paper takes company A as a case study,analyzes its risk factors,integrates data,collects industry information,and uses the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,A company for the design of hedging programs and to avoid operating risk to provide the current ideas.First,it integrates the basic theory of hedging and establishes the basic method to determine the timing of hedging by means of basis analysis,Fundamental analysis analysis and technical analysis,the optimal hedging ratio calculated by the OLS model based on the way of data statistical analysis is established as the basic method of hedging positions.Secondly,taking the above two methods as the starting point,the design of A company's hedging ideas,programs.And try to improve the hedging efficiency of A company through the effective combination of the two.Finally,on the basis of this design scheme,we realize the normalization of A company's hedging work in the cycle of hedging work.
