With the proposal of "made in China 2025",the development of China's manufacturing industry has entered a new stage,gradually changing from traditional production-oriented manufacturing to new service-oriented manufacturing.With the enrichment of material life,the demand for personalized products has also increased.In the face of the diversity of customer needs and the variety of service providers,there will be a lot of uncertainty in the business process of enterprises.How to reconfigure the existing resources and provide customers with personalized service products accurately under the uncertainty of customer demand will become the core issue of process design and model construction of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises.The main business of Sandi Shikong company is additive manufacturing.In the case of uncertain customer demand,whether Sandi Shikong company can timely respond to customer demand and provide high-quality products has become a challenge for the company.In this paper,the business process of Sandi Shikong company is taken as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes its business process,finds out the problems in the process,uses stochastic Petri net to model and analyze its business process,and analyzes the performance of stochastic Petri net through S-invariants,finds parallel and conflicting links in the process,and optimizes business processes except for customized production links.Then,by introducing the transition rate set,the Markov chain is constructed to improve the business process.After calculation and analysis,the optimization scheme is feasible.Therefore,the partial optimization of the business process is realized.In order to solve the influence of customer demand change on manufacturing process in business process,the uncertainty of customer demand is described by box set through scenario analysis.Taking total cost,delivery time and service quality as optimization objectives,the robust optimization method is used to build the optimization model of manufacturing process,and the dual theory is used to solve the model,so as to realize the dynamic optimization of manufacturingprocess.Then,taking the valve manufacturing process as an example,the model is tested to confirm the feasibility of the robust optimization model.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures for business process optimization of Sandi Shikong company under the condition of demand uncertainty,and puts forward corresponding measures for the problems of customer demand uncertainty,supplier instability,production fluctuation,etc.
