In the current market environment,shorter product life cycles and increasingly fierce market competition have led to growing demand uncertainty in the supply chain.Therefore,how to reduce the impact of demand uncertainty to maximize the profit of the supply chain system is the main goal.In order to maximize the profitability of the supply chain,companies in the supply chain to coordinate and optimize their inventory are important ways to maximize profits.At present,the research on inventory coordination of multi-retailers in supply chain under the demand uncertainty rarely considers the difference between retailers.However,due to different conditions between different retailers,if the differences between retailers are not analyzed,a large amount of waste of inventory and raw materials will be caused.So the inventory coordination problem of multiple retailers with uncertain demand is a very important issue.In recent years,due to the increasingly clear division of labor in the supply chain and the frequent occurrence of emergencies,the frequency of supply disruptions has gradually increased.Supply disruption will cause not only short-term market losses,but also disadvantageous impact on corporate image.Therefore,how to deal with the supply disruption problem in the supply chain under the uncertainty of demand,and to develop an effective procurement strategy to reduce the impact of demand uncertainty and supply disruption on the supply chain system,is an urgent problem to be solved.The robust optimization method based on the robust control theory can effectively solve the demand uncertainty of supply chains.Applying the robust optimization method to the supply chain enables coordinated control of the supply chain through limited demand information,reduce the impact of demand uncertainty,and improve the competitiveness of the supply chain in the consumer market.Therefore,this thesis uses robust optimization method to establish a multi-retailer robust optimization model and a dual source procurement robust optimization model.Based on the above model,the corresponding strategies and simulation experiments are designed.The main work is as follows:1.In view of the inventory coordination problem in the supply chain system under demand uncertainty,this thesis combines unequal replenishment intervals(URI)strategy and the robust optimization method to establish a robust optimization model of supply chain for multiple-retailers under demand uncertainty.Then,based on the model,the robust optimization strategy for multi-retailers(ROMR)is proposed.The strategy can set different replenishment cycles and purchase quantities for each retailer according to different parameters between retailers,so as to control the inventory level of each retailer and reduce the waste of inventory.Experiments compare ROMR with other two supply chain inventory optimization strategies.The results show that the ROMR with robust optimization model for multi-retailers can not only improve the profit of the supply chain,but also improve the robustness of the supply chain.Moreover,ROMR enables the supply chain system to maintain its stable benefits under various parameters.2.In order to solve the supply disruption problem in the supply chain system,this thesis combines dual-sourcing strategy with robust optimization method to establish a robust optimization model of supply chain for dual-sourcing.Then,based on the model,the Robust Optimization Strategy for Dual-Sourcing(RODS)is-proposed.This st:rategy can set different replenishment cycles for each retailer based on different parameters,and reasonably allocate the quantity of purchases from different suppliers.Experiments compare ROMR with other two dual-sourcing strategies.The results show that the RODS with robust optimization model for dual-sourcing can make the supply chain maintain stable profits and improve the robustness under the effects of supply disruption and demand uncertainty.This thesis researches the demand uncertainty in supply chain.We use the robust optimization method to establish a multi-retailers robust optimization model and a dual-sourcing robust optimization model for supply chain.Based on the above model,the corresponding algorithms ROMR and RODS are designed.Finally,the simulation experiment proves that applying the robust optimization method to the supply chain system can not only effectively improve the profit,but also outperform the comparison methods in the robustness.
