Research On The Development Status And Promotion Path Of The Hidden Champion Enterprises In Hubei Province

In August 2017,Hubei Province released the "implementation plan of cultivating hidden champion enterprises in the sub-area of pillar industries in Hubei Provence",to cultivate a number of enterprises to grow into hidden champions,enhance the core competitiveness of Hubei manufacturing industry.As a part of the policy of "the rise of central China",it plays an important role in the development of hidden champion enterprises in Hubei Province.At present,Hubei Province's hidden champion enterprises enjoys a sound momentum of development,and they have made excellent achievements in technology INNOvation,business profit and enterprise scale.Supported by the policies of Hubei Provence,a large number of hidden champions have emerged in the fields of information technology,intelligent equipment,biomedicine and food.However,the hidden champions in Hubei Province also face the development problems of insufficient R & D investment and blind diversification of enterprises.Therefore,the research on the impact of R&D Investment and diversification on the performance of enterprises is helpful to the improvement of the performance of the hidden champions in Hubei Province,and even to the exploration of a suitable promotion path.The study of this article starts from six parts.In the first part,according to the development process of the hidden champion in China and the actual situation in Hubei Provence,the paper puts forward the research background and significance,difficulties and INNOvation points,and the paper sorts out the related theories of invisible champion,R & D Investment and diversification,and sorts out the possible influence of R & D Investment and diversification on enterprise performance.The second part elaborates the connotation,the characteristic and the possible existence question of the invisible champion.The third part analyzes the present situation of the development of the hidden champion enterprises in Hubei Province from the aspects of achievements and bottlenecks.In the fourth part,as a reference of the hidden champions in Hubei,thispaper introduces the development experience of the hidden champions in Germany,Japan and Greece.The fifth part,based on a sample of 21 hidden champions,this part uses econometrics to examine the impact of R&D intensity and diversification on firm performance.The sixth part,according to the conclusion of the fifth part,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of the hidden champion enterprises in Hubei Province.
