In recent years, the employee turnover rate has been rising gradually.Employee turnover not only increases the cost of human resources, but also reduces the business performance to some extent. How to retain excellent talents for the development of enterprises has become a problem that enterprises need to pay attention to.According to existing studies, increasing CSR investment can restrain employees' negative emotions such as turnover intention and improve their organizational status perception, job security,Organization-based Self-esteem and job engagement. However, how does CSR investment affect employees' turnover intention? What are the paths of influence? Can employee organization status perception play an intermediary role between CSR investment and employee turnover intention? Is there complete mediation or partial mediation? At the same time, does Organization-based Self-esteem have a moderating effect on the relationship between organizational status perception and turnover intention? Therefore, this study takes employees as the research object, and on the basis of literature research, analyzes the mechanism of CSR investment's effect on employees' turnover intention, the mediating effect of employees' organizational status perception, and the moderating effect of Organization-based Self-esteem.It provides reference basis for enterprises to better fulfill their social responsibilities, increase their social responsibility investment, attract employees and curb employees' turnover tendency. In order to explore the influence of CSR investment on employees' turnover intention, this paper firstly reviews the literature research related to CSR investment, employees' organizational status perception,Organization-based Self-esteem and turnover intention, constructs a theoretical model and proposes research hypotheses.Secondly, questionnaire survey was used to collect relevant data.In addition,SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0 analysis tools were used to test the data. Finally, the results show that all the hypotheses pass the data test except the hypothesis of regulatory effect.Based on the above studies, the following conclusion is that:(1)CSR investment is conducive to restraining employees' turnover intention,in which both internal and external CSR investment can restrain employees' turnover intention. And there is a “U” shaped non-linear relationship between the ratio of internal and external CSR investment and employees' turnover intention;(2)CSR investment is conducive to enhancing employees' organizational status perception;(3)Employees' organizational status perception can inhibit their turnover intention;(4)Organization status perception plays an intermediary role between CSR investment and employee' turnover intention.
