A Study On The Positive Effects Of Digital Inclusive Finance To Accurate Poverty Alleviation In Yunnan Province

Since the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,the leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Xi JinPing as the center has attached great importance to the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,aiming to achieve poverty alleviation for all poor households and lead a well-off life in 2020.During this period,digital inclusive finance has achieved rapid development,can increase the coverage,extend the depth of use,optimize the level of digital services,and provide preferential financial support for the convenience of poor households and small and micro enterprises.At the same time,due to the remote geographical location and inherent backward economic conditions,some regions mainly in Yunnan Province have achieved certain results in poverty alleviation,but their current development lagging behind is still in a severe situation,leaving a "hard bone" for poverty alleviation.Therefore,this article is based on the combination of theory and empirical analysis in both direct and indirect effects of Yunnan Province to explore whether the development of digital inclusive finance will have a positive effect on the"last mile" of poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province,in which areas the positive effect is obvious and how big are the effect.This article will explain from six parts:The first part is an introduction,expounding the analysis background and significance of the thesis,synthesizing the analysis ideas and viewpoints of the predecessors,pointing out the innovations and deficiencies of the thesis,and explaining the analysis framework of the thesis.The second part is to explain,explain the key words in this article in detail,the theory put forward provides theoretical support,and points out the necessity of developing digital inclusive finance.The third part is the status analysis,pointing out the current situation of poverty alleviation and the development of digital inclusive finance in Yunnan Province,aiming to have a clearer understanding of the poverty problem and financial development in Yunnan Province.The fourth part is the theoretical analysis.In terms of direct effects,it combines the three major factors of digital inclusive finance,namely the coverage,depth of use,and the development of digital services.It aims to show whether the improvement of the financial industry can bring positive effects on poverty alleviation;In terms of indirect effects,the introduction of three aspects,such as two worry-free,intended to show whether it is possible to bring about a positive effect of poverty alleviation by helping the solution of the two worry-free and the improvement of the three guarantees.The fifth part is empirical analysis,according to the steps of descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and robustness analysis,direct and indirect effect analysis,in terms of direct effects,the three major impact factors are combined,and indirect effects,the digital inclusive financial index and the two interaction terms are introduced,and analysis is made from the perspective of poverty rate and Engel's coefficient,through empirical quantitative analysis of the direct and indirect improvement of digital inclusive finance on poverty and living standards.The sixth part is countermeasures and suggestions,and puts forward suggestions based on the empirical results to better develop inclusive finance and promote targeted poverty alleviation.Through the article's discussion,the development of digital inclusive finance has a positive effect on targeted poverty alleviation,and in the direct effect,by extending the breadth,strengthening the degree of digitization,and broadening the depth,it will develop in order,lower the threshold of funding sources,accelerate the circulation of funds,and benefit more financial People in need,by increasing per clothing consumption expenditure,improve the medical security system,implement the development of education for poverty alleviation,improve the infrastructure and living conditions of poor households,and stimulate endogenous motivation for poverty alleviation.In order to effectively solve the remaining problems of poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province and ensure that poverty alleviation is achieved on time.
