In recent years,with the rapid economic development of our country,car ownership is also growing,however,the domestic parking supply is far from meeting the demand.The parking difficult problem has always plagued major cities.With the development of Internet technology,intelligent parking has become the main direction to alleviate the problem of "parking difficulty" in cities.A large number of parking gaps in cities make the market of intelligent parking industry have great prospects.The active guidance of the government also provides policy convenience for potential entrants.However,this "big cake" is not so easy to eat,and there are still potential risk factors.This article analyzes the investment benefits,risks,and uncertainties of the typical case of the W City Smart Parking Project,and extends the relevant conclusions to the whole intelligent parking industry,which has a high reference significance and value for potential entrants of the industry?On the basis of reviewing the development status of the smart parking industry at home and abroad,based on the case background of the smart parking project in W city,Analyze the investment benefits,risks and uncertainties of this smart parking project,and the supervision,investment and operation of the smart parking industry in China are considered.The main conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)The PEST analysis result of the investment environment of the project shows that the current policy,economic,social and technical environment are suitable for the construction of W City's smart parking project.(2)Static investment recovery period,total investment return rate,net present value,internal rate of return and other evaluation indicators all indicate that the project is feasible and has strong profitability,and the investment recovery period is also within the acceptable range of investors.It shows that the project has good economic benefits;from the aspects of alleviating parking difficulties,facilitating daily public travel,promoting smart city construction,optimizing the allocation of parking resources,saving police resources,and improving the urban environment,the project also has good social benefits.(3)Sensitivity analysis results indicate that the most significant factor that affects the project's economic benefit assessment results is the berth utilization rate,Prompt to pay attention to the uncertainty in this aspect during project implementation.The results of qualitative risk analysis indicate that the project has risks at the policy level,market level,financial level,legal level,and technical level.(4)Based on the above analysis results,corresponding investment and management suggestions are given to the regulator,industrial investors,and operators respectively,it has certain reference for the investment and evaluation of the project.
