Research On Z Material Company Financial Performance Evaluation Based On EVA

With the development of market economy,the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce.In order to realize the continuous growth and self-monitoring of enterprises,financial performance evaluation came into being.Financial performance evaluation is conducive to the improvement of the enterprise management level,can reflect the financial situation of the enterprise,evaluate the enterprise's behavior activities and operating results,and can also establish a restraint and incentive mechanism for managers.Through the financial performance evaluation,we can find the existing problems of the enterprise,and study the corresponding solutions to the problems in time,and put forward effective rectification suggestions.Therefore,scientific and effective financial performance evaluation method is very important for enterprises.At present,many enterprises use the traditional financial performance evaluation method,but the continuous development of social economy makes its disadvantages gradually appear.More and more enterprises introduce EVA as the core of financial performance evaluation method,in order to facilitate the long-term stable development of enterprises.This paper takes Z material company as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation and financial situation of Z material company,analyzes the existing problems of current financial performance evaluation methods,and puts forward the necessity of introducing EVA.Secondly,by adopting the method of combining theory with practice,according to the design principles and design ideas,according to the four steps of evaluation index selection,evaluation weight determination,scoring method formulation and accounting adjustment,the financial performance evaluation index system of Z materials company based on EVA is designed.Thirdly,using the data from 2015 to 2018 to calculate and analyze the EVA index of Z materials company in turn,and compare the EVA index with the traditional financial index,and combine the financial performance evaluation index system based on EVA to get the evaluation score and analyze the results.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the financial performance.The research of this paper can objectively and truly reflect the financial performance level of Z material company,and provide a reasonable reference for the future financial performance evaluation of Z material company.
