Research On The Transformation Of Bank A Suzhou Branch's Basic Outlets

Although Internet finance has a great impact on the traditional business and operation mode of banks,and the business volume of traditional counter settlement in the basic branches of bank entities is decreasing year by year,the basic branches should not be the burden of traditional banks,it has a natural advantage and plays an irreplaceable role in other financial models,and banks should give full play to this"position".This paper uses the case analysis method,taking bank a Suzhou Branch as an example,through the analysis of the operation status of bank a Suzhou Branch,to find out the problems existing in the operation of the grass-roots outlets of bank a Suzhou Branch,including the unreasonable layout of the grass-roots outlets,the unreasonable customer structure,the complex and inefficient business process,the insufficient marketing ability of the grass-roots outlets,and the imperfect incentive mechanism of the grass-roots outlets.In view of these problems,this paper absorbs the experience of transformation of banks and some domestic banks' basic outlets,including the"community bank" model,the "flagship store" model and the reconstruction of traditional basic outlets,and expounds the Enlightenment of these experiences on bank a,Suzhou Branch.At last,the specific internal countermeasures for the transformation of the basic branches of bank a Suzhou Branch are determined,and the safeguard measures for the transformation of the branches are put forward.
