| In recent years,China's commercial banks have made great progress.However,with the continuous development of China's commercial banking business,various operational risks have been constantly exposed.Cases of bank operational risks have continued despite repeated prohibition,resulting in adverse social impacts.As the vanguard of regional commercial banks,S Branch of Agricultural Bank of China is still characterized by multiple and frequent problems in operational risk prevention and control,with many external frauds,poor customer awareness,high internal risks and complex and changeable operating environment.Operational risk prevention and control has gradually become the focus of bank risk prevention and control.In this paper,the author takes S Branch of Agricultural Bank of China as the research object,analyzes and summarizes the typical problems existing in the operational risk management of Agricultural Bank S Branch,summarizes the causes of these problems,and puts forward optimization measures for the operational risk prevention and control scheme for S Branch.Specifically,this paper holds that S Branch should first create a good operating environment,cultivate a healthy internal control culture,and establish a sound risk management system in the prevention and control of operational risks.On this basis,it should strengthen personnel management through flexible business skills training,strengthening personnel performance in key positions and other methods,actively use scientific and technological means to implement technical control of operational risks,and supplement targeted means such as operation process optimization and key business control,to achieve the goal of optimizing the prevention and control of operational risks.As a regional representative commercial bank,the optimization plan for S Branch's operational risk prevention and control will also have reference significance for other similar commercial banks. |
