Research On The Prevention And Control Of Operational Risks Of Commercial Banks

Followed by economic increase,banks experienced a quick growth in one hand,and faced more and more challenge of secure and stable development in another hand.Recently,banks and supervise organization pay more attention to operation risk because the frequency of operation risk.Besides of that,operation risk has been listed in New Basel Agreement as third kind risk,after credit risk and market risk.In our country,higher percentage of operation risk proves a poor situation of operation risk management when our banks scale increase fast.Operation risk control becomes very important.In all above,our country's banks will benefit from the analyzing of situation and problem of operation risk in theoretical and practical way.Based on literature,induction and practice,this article will research our commercial banks.At first,this article will explain meaning,type,organization and character of operation risk by learning commercial bank theory,home and abroad.Secondly,this article will analyze history state to exhibit current situation and find reasons.Finally,this article will make suggestion from population factor,system factor,institute factor and supervise factor comprehensively and compositely.
