As a pillar industry of China's national economy strategy,tourism is not only the largest leisure culture industry today,but also has a strong industry-driven ability.As an important media company of the tourism industry,travel agencies are an important part of the real economy of the tourism industry.The transformation and upgrading of the travel agency's spatial pattern is one of the development means,and its research has great practical significance.This article takes Changsha City as an example.Based on the collection of a large amount of data and information,the GIS spatial analysis method is used to analyze the concentration,balance,and space types of Changsha's five-star travel agency service points.Star travel agency service points' spatial selection preferences.This paper uses Pearson correlation analysis,geographic connection rate,and buffer analysis to study the influencing factors.Finally,it proposes optimization recommendations and countermeasures.The main conclusions are asfollows:The overall spatial distribution of Changsha's five-star travel agency service points is agglomerated,and the spatial evolution direction is dominated by the northwest-southeast.(2)The agglomeration is stronger in the low-speed development period than in the volatile fluctuation period,and the agglomeration range in the low-speed development period Wider,the imbalance of spatial distribution has been greatly improved,but the overall distribution still shows an imbalanced situation;(3)the factor that has a significant effect on the spatial selection preference of Changsha's five-star travel agency service points is the third The gross industrial output value and the number and spatial distribution of hotels with four or more stars.The conclusion of the study proves that Changsha's five-star travel agency service points prefer the central urban area in terms of space selection.With Wuyi Square as the core,it spreads radially along the traffic road and relies on high-star hotels to form multiple cluster sub-circles.;Under the constant influence of "Internet +",more street service points are shifting to office buildings,traditional travel agencies are shifting toonline,and the choice of service outlet locations has begun to change.Based on the analysis of the preferences of the five-star travel agency service points in Changsha and their influencing factors,this study proposes the optimization of the spatial distribution of the five-star travel agency service points in Changsha from three aspects: government,tourism industry,and travel agencies.Suggestions and countermeasures,and pointed out the innovation points,deficiencies and prospects of this research.
