| This research uses the case study method to study the promotion of the commercial marketing strategy of the self-operated community business of the state-owned TS company.According to the idea of “propose a problem-analyze the problem-solve the problem”,the company deeply analyzes the commercial marketing strategy of the self-operated community business of TS,and proposes optimization suggestions for the community commercial marketing strategy.Firstly,through the review of the theoretical research on related community business and its marketing strategy,it summarizes the relevant theoretical viewpoints,including community business concepts,domestic and international community business development,4C marketing strategy and network marketing strategy concepts and applications,to be the theoretical basis.Secondly,the integrated data collects research data by means of interviews with senior managers and industry experts,and statistically analyzes the problems of TS community commercial marketing strategy,that is,from the perspective of consumers,cost,convenience,communication,intercommunication,and the problem of network marketing strategy.Furthermore,the author analyzes the causes of the problems which existing in the implementation of TS self-operated community commercial marketing strategy,and summarizes the main causes,finds out where the problem lies in,and lays the foundation for the subsequent recommendations.Finally,from the perspective of consumer strategy,it is necessary to meet the individual needs of consumers and realize more personalized customized services;Implement the family marketing strategy and establish a sound consumer feedback mechanism;Control the production cost and the purchase cost;For the convenience strategy,enrich the marketing method and carry out the bulk group purchase business and highlight the one-step service function;Improving the communication strategy through the cross-marketing between the business sections and the targeted marketing after the analysis of the customer group to improve communication.In the network marketing improvement,through the establishment of an online marketing platform,strengthen branding,through the network platform to achieve more customer relationship management.Using the six aspects to optimize the promotion and optimization of TS company marketing strategy.In the end,the paper summarizes the full text and looks forward to the limitations of the paper and the future improvement. |
