In the late stage of the global financial crisis,the global economy recovered slowly,and various countries around the world implemented various active economic policies to stimulate their own economic development.Industrial economy is an important pillar of national economic development,so it is a common political decision of common countries to develop national economy by promoting industrial economic development.Germany first put forward the development concept of "industry 4.0" in 2013,and then announced the strategy of "industry 4.0" in 2015,hoping to create a "new opportunity" for the national and global economic development by leading the fourth industrial revolution in the world,while arousing the positive response of all countries in the world.In 2016,China announced the "made in China 2025" national strategy,proposed to develop advanced manufacturing industry through application technologies such as big data,Internet and artificial intelligence,which also broke out the upsurge of Chinese enterprises' innovative application of new technologies.However,in the pursuit of combining the application of innovative technology as the starting point,whether it is to develop digital production or intelligent management,it is necessary for the corresponding enterprises to adjust their business strategy to adapt to the development and change of the external environment.FS electric appliance manufacturing company was founded in 2002,which is a manufacturing subsidiary under the jurisdiction of MD electric fan business division of MD group.It is a manufacturing enterprise mainly producing fan motor.In 2011,the group head office promoted a comprehensive strategic transformation and construction plan with "cost reduction and efficiency increase,benefit driven and global operation" as the three main business axes.The total cost leading strategy of MD electric fan business division and the transformation and upgrading plan of the group head office once matched,but now it is found that some plans can not adapt to the changes of external environment and can not meet the guarantee of some subsidiaries In 2019,FS electric appliance manufacturing company began to adjust its business strategy in accordance with the transformation and upgrading plan of the group head office.This paper takes FS electric appliance manufacturing company as the research object,and studies how to adjust the business strategy to meet the changes of the external environment and ensure the implementation of the business strategy adjustment plan.First,through the analysis of the external environment(first through PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment,then the market environment,and then through Porter five forces analysis model to analyze the industry competition structure,and finally to analyze the industry competition and cooperation environment),we can get the development opportunities and survival threats that affect the enterprise;secondly,through the analysis of the internal environment of the company(including: Through resource analysis,company capability analysis,value chain analysis,and core expertise analysis,we can get business advantages and disadvantages;through business strategy formulation(first SWOT analysis matrix for comprehensive analysis,then strategy formulation,then strategy selection),we can decide to take the low-cost leading strategy as the adjustment plan of FS electrical appliance manufacturing company's business strategy;finally,through strategy The implementation measures ensure the implementation of the company's low-cost leading strategy.According to the low-cost leading strategy,with "632" system platform as the core,the low-cost lean management model of "cost reduction and efficiency improvement,benefit driven" is realized through digital production and intelligent management,which also adapts to the changes of external environment and meets the requirements of the company to maintain the sustainable competitive advantage in the market.The research results of this paper can not only provide a reference for manufacturing enterprises to find out how to maintain the sustainable competitive advantage of the market by adjusting their business strategies,but also provide a reference for enterprises to achieve transformation and upgrading in the future.
