Asset management business is one of the main business for commercial banks to improve their own asset structure and effectively increase operating profits.After years of development,it has gradually matured,but at the same time,there are also many problems,such as: rigid payment,fund pool operation,non-standard claims and so on.These problems have brought great risks to China's financial market,and have a serious negative impact on its healthy and orderly development.Therefore,new regulations on asset management have been introduced.After the new regulations came into being,the most stringent supervision on commercial bank's asset management business has been formed in the history.Under the supervision of the new regulations,the products originally sold by commercial banks will be prohibited from selling,and the financial products will return to the origin of "being entrusted to manage money on behalf of others".This paper chooses Z Rural Commercial Bank as the research object,and combines its actual operation situation to carry out in-depth discussion on how to innovate its capital management business under the influence of the new regulations.Firstly,by sorting out the development process of China's capital management industry one by one,this paper makes an analysis and comparison of the operation of commercial banks' asset management business before and after the promulgation of the new regulations,in order to clarify the direction of the transformation of commercial banks' capital management business in the future.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper further analyses the external operating environment of the asset management business of Z Rural Commercial Bank by PEST analysis method,and uses Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the industry situation of the asset management business at the same time.Secondly,through VIRO model,the core competencies and resources of Z Rural Commercial Bank are analyzed in depth.Through SWOT analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of Z Rural Commercial Bank in the development of management business are clarified,and the opportunities and threats faced by Z Agricultural and Commercial Bank are found out according to the current competitive situation.In view of the current operation situation of Z Rural Commercial Bank,this paper puts forward the following strategies on how to innovate its asset management business under the new regulations: Build an integrated system of wealth management and marketing;take care of the team,reshape product R&D capabilities;develop special products to meet customer needs;misplace cooperative marketing,enrich product system;improve career sequence,implement core talent strategy;rely on scientific and technological development,improve process system.With the implementation of these strategies,it helps Z Rural Commercial Bank realize the development vision of the joint western township financial market as soon as possible.At the same time,it also provides some reference for other small and medium-sized banks to innovate their asset management business under the strong supervision and restriction of the new regulations.
