With the rapid development of China's market economy,the high income characteristics of the financial industry continue to attract a lot of human and material resources.As an important part of the financial field,commercial banks are paying more and more attention to the scientific evaluation of their internal control.However,China's internal control evaluation research on the financial industry has a late start,slow development,and a large gap compared with foreign countries.In order to make up for this shortcoming,this article uses M Bank's Qinhuangdao branch behavior research object to conduct its existing internal control system.For scientific and reasonable evaluation,the methods adopted include document combing method,questionnaire survey method,data analysis method,etc.This article analyzes the current status of the internal control system of M Bank Qinhuangdao Branch.Based on the introduction of the bank,the model and characteristics of the current internal control system of M Bank Qinhuangdao Branch were introduced,and a detailed analysis was carried out from five aspects: control environment,risk assessment,control methods,information exchange and internal control system supervision To point out the problems.Mainly reflected in the lack of systematic internal control environment,lack of internal control core in corporate culture construction,lack of risk assessment measures and coping methods,imperfect control methods,inadequate implementation of job separation and anti-money laundering education,inefficient information exchange and communication,and internal control supervision Work lacks effectiveness,etc.The internal control system of M Bank Qinhuangdao Branch was evaluated.Using questionnaire survey method,AHP analytic method,FCE fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other methods,supported by the five elements of internal control,the corresponding evaluation indicators and evaluation system were established,and the final evaluation results were analyzed from a quantitative perspective.The final evaluation results are as follows:The overall evaluation of the internal control environment of M Bank Qinhuangdao Branch is good;the risk assessment and control method scores are more polarized,but the high-weight index score is higher,and the overall evaluation is better;the information and communication score is the lowest among the five elements,and the overall evaluation is average;The supervision score of the internal control system is relatively balanced,and the overall evaluation is good.After a comprehensive evaluation of the above five elements,the overall evaluation score of the internal control system of M Bank Qinhuangdao Branch is classified as "better".The conclusion is that although the internal control system of M Bank Qinhuangdao Branch still has some problems,in general,the internal control system of the branch is in a relatively good state.Finally,this article puts forward suggestions for improving the internal control system of M Bank Qinhuangdao Branch.It has proposed optimization suggestions on how to improve the internal control system of Branch,including improvement of internal control environment,strengthening risk assessment,optimizing internal control methods,strengthening information exchange and supervision and management.
