Research On The Performance Of China Great Wall Corporation Based On BSC-value Chain Theory

Great Wall company of China is a listed state-owned enterprise,which is a benchmark enterprise of deep integration of real economy and information technology in China.This paper takes great wall company of China as the research object,and constructs its performance evaluation system based on value chain theory and balanced scorecard.In addition,entropy method is used to empower the company performance evaluation system,calculate its performance score to analyze and put forward relevant suggestions.To sum up,this paper is helpful to measure the comprehensive strength of Great Wall company of China and provide reference direction for later similar research.First of all,this paper defines the concept of performance,and then uses the definition of China's financial department for reference to define the concept of performance evaluation.This paper summarizes the relevant performance evaluation theories involved in the research according to their development process,introduces the concept and theory of value chain,and divides it into two parts: internal value chain and external value chain,and introduces the Balanced Scorecard and entropy method used in this paper.Secondly,this paper introduces the background and industry of Great Wall company of China,analyzes and constructs the internal and external value chain model of Great Wall company of China,and integrates the value chain model of Great Wall company of China.In addition,this paper describes the performance of the target company from four aspects: profitability,solvency,operating ability and growth ability.Thirdly,in the process of establishing performance evaluation model,the theoretical model of BSC value chain performance evaluation index is established.Then,the principle of index selection is determined,and 22 related quantitative indexes are selected to measure its performance.Entropy method is used to weight the indicators at all levels,and the weight of the performance evaluation index system of the great wall of China is finally determined and its performance score is calculated.Finally,from the results of performance evaluation,we can see that the performanceof internal value chain of Great Wall company is better than that of external value chain,and put forward relevant suggestions to improve the performance of enterprises,so as to add a force to the development of China's electronic information industry.
