With the introduction of the concept of "Internet +",Business operators intraditional industries begin to re-examine factors closely related to enterprise marketing including the target market,user demand,product value,enterprise value chain and so on.At the same time,BAT(Baidu,Alibaba,tencent),Internet giants,are also focusing on the TO B field.The Internet and mobile Internet platform are simultaneous interpreting with traditional industries,promoting the upgrading of traditional industries and disrupting their marketing models.As Pan Shiyi said,From 0 to 1 is Innovation,and from 1 to N is replication.Although "Internet +" provides new ideas for the transformation and upgradation of traditional enterprises,if the enterprises do not innovate,blindly copy the marketing mode of others,its marketing effect will be weakened.In this paper,the marketing model of ZC platform type sweater enterprises is studied.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of the marketing mode of the enterprise,and points out that the marketing mode of ZC platform type sweater enterprise focuses on ZC sweater industry platform.Combined with the questionnaire,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process,on the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of the platform marketing mode of the sweater industry,this paper evaluates the marketing mode of the ZC sweater industry platform.From the evaluation results,it can be seen that the enterprises in the platform are quite satisfied with the platform marketingmode.Combined with the evaluation results and the investigation of the stickiness tendency of the consumers,the problems of the marketing mode of the enterprise are obtained.Secondly,according to the marketing mode of Handu Group,an Internet platform clothing enterprise,and the SWOT analysis results of the enterprise,the paper puts forward the optimization objectives,principles and ideas of the marketing mode of ZC platform sweater enterprise,focusing on the construction of "connection,value,experience,sharing and win-win" as the goal,using the complete set of Internet technology,taking the enterprise marketing center as the data transfer station,and the planning center as the data The analysis database is designed to realize the Internet plus marketing mode with consumer demand as the center and marketing into the whole industry chain of research,production and marketing.Finally,it proposes to build an Internet plus marketing mode optimization strategy for O2 O,including online and offline integrated marketing mode,small step trial and error rapid iteration,public platform playing brand sample,creating user interconnected tribes,forming a complete talent support system,providing differentiated service to customers and realizing the effective operation of Internet marketing platform.The research of this paper has established a new marketing mode suitable for its development for ZC platform sweater enterprises,and provided a basis for how to build "Internet + " marketing mode after the platform transformation of traditional origin enterprises.
