Research On The Driving Factors Of Internet Platform Enterprise Value

Internet platform enterprises refer to the Internet enterprises with the characteristics of bilateral market.Because of their profound influence on network users and investors,they have become the value hub of the network economy.Among them,as one of the typical enterprises in the industry,meituan reviews are getting more and more attention due to its rapid development.However,the evaluation method of Internet platform enterprise value is not perfect,so it is necessary to analyze the impact of capital market on Enterprise Pricing and the impact mechanism of the main value drivers of enterprises.This paper focuses on the main influencing factors and specific evaluation indexes of the Internet platform enterprise value,aiming to establish a main index system to measure the value of such enterprises,so as to promote the research of the Internet platform enterprise management theory and reveal its development law.This paper discusses the main variable system of the value structure of Internet platform enterprises by browsing the literature,studies the value creation mechanism of Internet platform enterprises according to the variable system,and holds that the financial dimension and nonfinancial dimension should be considered in the performance evaluation of Internet platform enterprises: financial value drivers include profitability,solvency,operation ability and development ability;non Financial value drivers include management ability,user ability and ecological coordination.And select the quarterly data of Internet platform enterprises from 2016 to 2019 as the sample,establish the evaluation model with factor analysis method,and get the six main factors of Internet platform enterprise performance evaluation: flow factor,resource factor,debt repayment factor,development potential factor,profit factor and management factor.Calculate the sub item score and comprehensive score of each sample according to the evaluation model,and get the Internet Horizontal and vertical comparison among network platform enterprises.Taking meituan reviews as an example,the financial performance of meituan reviews is evaluated by items and comprehensive evaluation according to its indicators and comprehensive ranking.It is found that meituan reviews rank first among Internet platform enterprises,but their profitability is poor.According to the evaluation results,the targeted opinions put forward in this paper are as follows: increase profits,improve capital structure,improve capital management information technology and recruitment by opening up resources and reducing expenditure And retain core talent.
