Research On Design And Improvement Of Amoeba Management Model Of RK Company

With the continuous global economic downturn and the restructuring of the national economic structure,the pressure of economic operation is increasing.At the same time,with the continued weakening of the demographic dividend,the operating costs of enterprises are rising.In this context,how to stimulate the passion of the employees to start a new business in the enterprise,further enhance the sense of belonging and the sense of ownership of the employees,and reduce the operating costs of the enterprise,and through the design of a good business model and incentive mechanism,truly regard talents as the core elements to promote the development of enterprises,fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of employees,and promote the transformation of employees from "working for the boss" to "working for themselves",so as to improve the economic efficiency and market competitiveness of enterprises,this has become the current issue in front of all enterprises.Firstly,this paper summarizes and sorts out the latest achievements in the management theory and practice of Amoeba,and on this basis,RK company is taken as the main research object,starting from the current situation and existing problems of RK company,the necessity of adopting the management mode of Amoeba to solve the current predicament is put forward.Then,according to Rk's products,we designed and constructed the business model of Amoeba,through the organization division,internal trading model,independent accounting system and commissioned business model four dimensions to build an RK company AMEBA business system,and clear the rights and obligations of the company and Amoeba,and on this basis established RK company AMEBA's operating profit sharing,virtual equity and stock ownership plan incentive mechanism.Again through the implementation of RK company AMOEBA business model analysis of the results achieved,and analysis of the current AMOEBA business model of the problems and to be improved.Finally,from the four aspects of information infrastructure construction,strengthening the sense of independent management,strengthening the leadership training and building the managementperformance evaluation system of AMEBA,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the management mode of Ameba of follow-up RK company.This paper,by means of Literature Review and field research,makes an in-depth study on the practical application of RK ameba business model,which further enriches the theoretical connotation of AMOEBA's business,at the same time,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the management mode of Amipa of RK company.In the practical application,through the introduction of similar partner's incentive model and the combination of the amoeba model,the problem of mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees in domestic practice was solved,this has provided the experience reference and the reference for many similar enterprises when practicing the management pattern of Amoeba.
