Study On Four Factors Of Alibaba's Profit Quality Evaluation Based On Principal Component Analysis

The purpose of this study is based on the research of the quality of China's electricity industry profits,and selection of domestic electricity firm in the industry leading enterprises-alibaba as the research object,from the profitability,collection,stability and growth of the four factors,according to the characteristics of the electricity industry using the case analysis,comparative analysis,principal component analysis method of the research methods.Firstly,it defines the profit quality from the connotation,analyzes the core content of the connotation of profit quality,analyzes the evaluation methods and influencing factors of profit quality,and proposes some aspects that can be used for reference in the profit quality analysis of China's e-commerce industry.Secondly,from the theoretical analysis of earnings quality,and connecting with the basis of above research,based on the development of alibaba,according to alibaba the four essential factors of earnings quality financial index analysis and the result of principal component analysis,found that alibaba is the main electrical business developed slowly,increased business costs caused by weak earnings stability is poorer,asset management,the active user growth bottlenecks and other issues.Finally,Suggestions on alibaba in the process of development in the future to return to electricity,accurate positioning market users,improve customer assets operation ability,the content of the platform to make use of the product and efficiency,improve capital utilization,improve their own innovation ability,on the one hand,can improve the quality of earnings in alibaba,on the other hand can also to the development of domestic electric business enterprise has a certain guidance and reference function.In this paper,through the study of alibaba the four essential factors of earnings quality financial indicators,and using principal component analysis(pca)with electric business enterprise of new evaluation system,further from the actual operations of the enterprise management in the process of analyzing the problems of earnings quality,combined with industry characteristics,the author analyzes the reasons of alibaba earnings quality problems,and proposed countermeasures,make the results more targeted and scientific.
