In recent years,with the constant changes of domestic and foreign economy,the marketization process of interest rate of Chinese banks has been promoted rapidly.The reason for this change is that,on the one hand,it promotes the optimal allocation of domestic economic resources,and then promotes the development of domestic economy and the improvement of people's living standard.On the other hand,it also puts forward the new reform request to the domestic commercial bank loan interest rate pricing,and then promotes the domestic commercial bank loan pricing rationalization.This paper takes Z Agricultural Commercial Bank as the research object,analyzes how to choose the correct development strategy and ensure the good implementation of the strategy under the social background of interest rate marketization.Specifically,this article It is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.In this part,the background and significance of the research,the current situation of research at home and abroad,the research ideas,methods and innovations are described.The second part is an overview of the relevant theories.In this part,the theory of interest rate decision,the theory of credit rationing,the theory of asset-liability and the theory of interest rate risk structure are discussed.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of interest rate pricing of Chinese commercial banks under the background of interest rate marketization.In this part,the paper mainly expounds the current situation of interest rate marketization reform,the current situation of loan interest rate pricing and the interest rate marketization of Chinese commercial banks.The influence of loan pricing of commercial banks in China.The fourth part is the analysis of loan pricing of Z Rural Commercial Bank under the background of interest rate marketization.In this part,the introduction of Z Agricultural and Commercial Bank and the analysis of external interest rate market environment of Z Agricultural and Commercial Bank are discussed.The present situation of the pricing of loan interest rate of Z Agricultural and Commercial Bank and the problems existing in thepricing of loan interest rate of Z Agricultural and Commercial Bank are discussed.At the same time,the problems existing in the pricing of loan interest rate of Z Agricultural and Commercial Bank,such as extensive pricing management methods and backward pricing methods,are discussed.The risk coverage is not comprehensive,the loan pricing management is weak and so on carries on the detailed analysis.The fifth part is the pricing strategy and guarantee of loan interest rate of Z Agricultural and Commercial Bank,which is the main part of this part.First,the pricing strategy of loan interest rate,including the improvement of pricing model,the implementation of differential pricing,the establishment of pricing risk aversion and loss compensation mechanism and the construction of market benchmark interest rate system;The second is the implementation of the loan interest rate pricing strategy,including the improvement of loan pricing mechanism,the expansion of banking business,the improvement of marketing management system and the enhancement of interest rate market-oriented risk control.The sixth part is the summary and prospect,in this part mainly elaborated the research summary and the research exhibition.The conclusion of this paper is not only applicable to Z agribusiness bank,but also has great reference to small and medium-sized banks similar to Z agribusiness bank.Value and reference significance.
