Industrial Development Problem Research On Rural Tourism Of Yiyang City

Rural tourism combines the agricultural landscape and the local farmyard culture together,it integrates sightseeing experience,vacation,entertainment and leisure in one system,and is increasingly favored by tourists.At the same time,it has played an important role in offering effective solutions for“three rural issues”,and promoting the construction work of beautiful countryside and new urbanization,which has been increasingly valued by the Chinese government.The“National Tourism Development Plan for the 13 th Five-Year Plan”issued by the State Council called for a vigorously expanding in tourism supply,and pointing out that vigorous development of rural tourism is necessary,the rural tourism has ushered in another round of development opportunities.The rural tourism industry of Yiyang once led the domestic precedent.Its farm tour industry has grown into a considerable scale,covering almost all counties,cities,and districts in the city,and has played a huge role in promoting the new rural construction and new urbanization of Yiyang City.However,overall,the rural tourism products of Yiyang still has problems with its single type and low grades,its tourism enterprises are scattered,small and weak,which are insufficient in anti-risks,the level of specialization is low,the industry chain is too short,the source market is mainly limited to the surrounding areas,and its tourism management and service levels need to be improved,the scientific and practical nature of plans need to be strengthened,the total investment in funds is insufficient,and incentive support policies are not implemented effectively.Upon the diagnosis and analysis of the status quo of rural tourism industry and the investigation on some typical examples,this paper used SWOT method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of rural tourism industry in Yiyang City,and used TOPSIS method to quantitatively analyze the benefits of the three main bodies of government,operators and farmers brought by the development of rural tourism industry,it scientifically estimated the social comprehensive benefits of rural tourism industry by analyzing its effects in local economic development promoting,environment Improving,social progress improving,job creating,revenues raising,living standards boosting,etc.Based on the experience generalization and problem-solving approach searching,this paper raised many operational policies and measures for the local government to promote its healthy development of rural tourism industry,thus to exert the advantages of rural tourism industry in helping farmers to get rid of poverty,and promoting the construction of new-style rural and urbanization.
