With the development of economy,innovation becomes the key for enterprises to acquire core competitiveness.For small and micro creative enterprises,innovation is the most important driving force for their scientific and sustainable development,and also the key factor for them to obtain competitive advantages.The innovation consciousness and ability of employees are the important support for their creative inventions and the main factor to promote the scientific sustainable development of small and micro creative enterprises.This research is based on user innovation theory,rational behavior theory and other related theories,using the methods of literature analysis,Qualitative Research and empirical research,etc.,And from the aspects of innovation characteristics,expected returns,innovation environment,innovation atmosphere,etc.,it has carried out in-depth research.First of all,using the research method of grounded theory,through in-depth interviews,data collection,system coding,forming sub-category,main category and core category,to find out the relationship between these concepts,the Model of innovation consciousness of employees in small and micro creative enterprises consists of 6 main categories: innovation trait,expected income,innovation environment,innovation atmosphere,innovation consciousness of employees and innovation effect of enterprises.Then,on the basis of this,through the structural equation analysis of 185 sample data,the results of further research on innovation consciousness of employees in small and micro creative enterprises show that innovation traits,expected returns,innovation environment and innovation climate are key factors,which play different roles in innovation consciousness and innovation effectiveness.Finally,from the characteristics of innovation,expected revenue,Innovation Environment and innovation atmosphere,the author puts forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions to improve the innovation awareness of employees in micro-creative enterprises.Specifically: to accurately identify the innovative characteristics of employees of small and micro creative companies,to enhance the expected returns of employees of small and micro creative companies in multiple ways,to build a three-dimensional innovation environment for employees of small and micro creative companies,and to create an innovative atmosphere for employees of small and micro creative companies Wait.The main contributions of this study in theory and practice are: On the one hand,it has clarified the factors,function paths,related relationships and influences of innovation characteristics,expected returns,innovation environment,innovation atmosphere,etc.on innovation awareness of employees of small and micro creative companies,degree.On the other hand,the empirical analysis method is used to analyze the realization path of the employees' innovation awareness in small and micro creative enterprises,which complements and improves the basic construction and practical application of relevant theories at home and abroad.However,due to the influence of differences in survey objects,errors in data collection,and deviations in understanding issues,there are inevitably deficiencies,which will be the main direction of future research.
