Research On Financing Strategy For Asset Backed Securitization Of HT Company

Heating is an important part of urban public utilities.Especially in our province,the heating period lasts for half a year.The development of heating enterprises has a significant impact on local economy,people’s livelihood and environment.The development of heating enterprises requires a large amount of capital investment.Seeking low-cost and high-efficiency financing methods has become an urgent problem for heating enterprises to solve.HT company is mainly engaged in the production and supply of heat power and investment in thermal power in our city.This paper takes HT company as the research object,takes financing strategy as the research content,and tries to design an asset securitization financing scheme for HT company.Firstly,this paper expounds the financing status of HT Company,points out the problems existing in the current financing mode,and analyses the causes.Then,compar several financing modes tand put forward that asset securitization of heating charge,and from the three aspects of policy,practice and basic conditions.Finally,based on the theoretical basis,core principles and operational mechanism of asset securitization business,we design a securitization financing scheme and implementation strategy for HT company,and formulate a response strategy for the risk.In summary,the financing scheme of asset securitization of heating charge right can meet HT company’s financing demand of low cost and high efficiency.It provides HT company with a new financing mode which can operate normally besides the traditional financing mode,solves the financing problem,improves the asset structure,reduces the operating cost and promotes the sustainable development of enterprises.At the same time,HT’s asset securitization financing scheme of heating charge right has reference value and reference significance for the financing of similar enterprises.
