Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development is rapid,the coal machinery equipment manufacturing industry in China's economic construction occupies an important position.With the intensification of competition in the coal machinery equipment manufacturing industry,enterprises not only produce high-quality coal machinery products,but also need to be equipped with humanized services to attract and retain consumers.Enterprise usually through coal industry association to hold the bidding activities for orders,in order to improve the competitiveness,enterprises have to choose "strong men DuanWan",such as cancel the advance payment,deferred payment installment payment and receive money way to increase the likelihood of companies won the bid,the resulting credit sales often happens in the day-to-day operations of the enterprise.But as a result of the credit mechanism imperfect market economy in our country,the government's support to guide is not timely,enterprises take credit sales this way will lead to many problems,such as accounts receivable scale is huge,accounts receivable cash cycle is long,these problems will lead to a lot of liquidity occupied,and the lack of reasonable and effective accounts receivable credit managem ent method,make the enterprise normal production and operation of the severely affected.From this point of view,the market competitiveness of enterprises and enterprise accounts receivable credit management level is closely related to the future development of enterprises and business conditions are also closely related to the level of accounts receivable credit management.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the credit management of accounts receivable.Centering on the research topic of accounts receivable credit management and taking state-owned PY company as the research object,this paper comprehensively analyzes the existing problems of the enterprise in accounts receivable credit management and puts forward an optimized plan,clarifying the research significance and value of this paper.First of all,the relevant theories of accounts receivable and credit management are sorted out to consolidate the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,using the data contrast analysis,chart analysis method from PY company accounts receivable credit management status and quality analysis of accounts receivable,found its credit department is not sound,lack of effective credit evaluation system,credit policy too loose,dynamic supervision and lack of accounts receivable,payment means a series of problems such as the effect not beautiful.In order to ensure the normal production and operation of PY company,achieve the goal of maximizing corporate profits and reduce the losses caused by poor credit management of receivables,this paper puts forward an optimized plan for the credit management of receivables of PY company,which mainly includes setting up a credit management team independent of the Marketing Department and the financial department.Build a set of scientific and reasonable customer credit evaluation system;Dynamically track accounts receivable and strictly control the speed of collection of accounts receivable;Improve the existing payment collection method to ensure effective recovery of customer arrears.Finally,reasonable and effective guarantee measures are proposed for the designed optimization scheme of receivables credit management of PY company.
