With the increasing support of the country for the insurance industry in recent years,the competition among insurance companies has become more and more fierce,and the competition for good staff has become more and more fierce.The Telephone Marketing Commissioner and business backbone of insurance companies,and the active departure of senior managers have become the current insurance industry.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the current brain drain of insurance companies.It is helpful for insurance companies to establish a good system of employing,educating and retaining people,thus occupying a place in the fi erce market competition.This paper takes the employee turnover of the property insurance company Linqing Branch as the research object,analyzes the main reasons leading to the internal employee turnover,and uses the questionnaire survey and interview methods to find problems and make suggestions.After expounding the core concepts and theoretical basis of relevant research at home and abroad,the article analyzes the current situation of employee turnover of Linqing Branch of D property insurance company;on this basis,it summarizes the employee turnover problem of Linqing Branch of D property insurance company.The various impacts are mainly caused by the following aspects:affecting the working status of the employees;causing the loss of customer resources and leakage of sales skills;increasing the investment cost of human resources;creating potential turnover intentions within the enterprise;affecting the shaping of corporate image Undermining corporate cohesion.The survey found that it is caused by the following factors,social factors,corporate factors and personal factors.In response to the problems of the company,the article proposes the following solutions:improve the recruitment mechanism;strengthen staff training;improve the assessment mechanism;build a compensation system;strengthen corporate culture.Finally,this study is summarized.I hope this study can find effective measures to deal with employee turnover,and provide reference for the property insurance company Linqing Branch to effectively reduce the turnover rate,and help enterprises to achieve sustainable and healthy development.
