Research On Innovation Of Community Logistics Distribution Model Of Company A

At present,with the continuous development of e-commerce,China's logistics industry also ushered in a golden period of development.The logistics industry is an important bridge connecting merchants and consumers,as well as the terminal distribution link,as the link with the least distance in the whole logistics chain,accounts for 30% of the cost of logistics.Meanwhile,the service quality of the final distribution link also determines consumers' satisfaction with the logistics service.Therefore,considering the expansion of the current e-commerce scale and aiming at the current situation and problems of company A's community operation,it is of great significance for the development of logistics industry to study the "Internet + community" terminal logistics mode,which is conducive to reduce logistics costs and improving consumer satisfaction.Through consulting the relevant documents on community logistics at home and abroad,summarizing and absorbing the relevant research results,and summing up and analyzing the current situation of community logistics in China and the current situation in the process of development,we found out the appropriate methods.The theoretical basis of the innovation of community logistics model is reviewed and summarized.The service gap model is used to analyze the current situation and problems existing in the development process of A company's community logistics industry,and find the gap between A company's community logistics service and customer expectations.Analyze the main problems existing in the "last kilometer" distribution of e-commerce logistics,find the elements concerned by community logistics users,and propose solutions through the new service development theory;Combined with the design of distribution process,innovative ideas such as time-sharing joint distribution service,sourcing and delivery speed,and Courier page evaluation function are proposed to provide reference for the "last kilometer" distribution mode innovation of e-commerce logistics.The community distribution mode takes the way of picking up parts,service quality,timeliness,satisfaction and other service elements,discusses the logistics model and process suitable for terminal joint distribution,and discusses the efficiency and cost of joint distribution.This paper studies the problems and needs of community logistics distribution,designs the logistics mode of joint distribution,and designs the information system of joint distribution.It mainly discusses the design of logistics node route,sharing logistics receiving and dispatching functions,reducing logistics cost,providing guarantee and quality service,and improving the convenience and timeliness of community logistics.
