As the second largest economy in the world,China's economy accounts for about 16% of the world's economy in 2019,which has an immeasurable and far-reaching impact on the development trend of the world economy.Major countries in the world have a relatively clear understanding of the sensitive area of the world economic barometer.Therefore,the healthy development of China's economy is crucial.However,under the influence of the continuous low-level operation of the global economic situation,all walks of life in China have also been impacted to a certain extent,and the debt risk of individuals and enterprises is increasing.Financial industry,as the core of China's economic and social development,has been seriously affected.Asset quality continues to decline,non-performing loan indicators continue to decline,financial chaos and case risk exposure are intertwined,the overall risk situation is extremely complex and severe,which has a huge challenge to the development of banking industry,and the disposal of non-performing loans by various banks has also become an impact The obstacles to the healthy development of each bank and the disposal ability of non-performing loans have gradually become the core competitiveness of each bank.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the development of China's commercial banks to study the disposal of non-performing loans.In the third quarter of 2019,the non-performing loan balance of commercial banks was 2367.2 billion yuan,and the non-performing loan ratio was 1.86%.The non-performing loan balance and non-performing loan ratio increased year by year.Therefore,for commercial banks,whether non-performing loans can be disposed timely and effectively is very important for the healthy development of commercial banks and even the whole banking industry.This paper selects Q branch of bank Z as the research object to study the disposal of personal non-performing loans.First of all,it mainly introduces the research background and significance,as well as the research ideas and methods.Then it summarizes the theory of non-performing loan disposal by some domestic and foreign experts and scholars.Then,starting from the related concepts of non-performing loans,following the market-oriented principle of non-performing loan disposal,the principle of compliance according to law,the principle of cost-effectiveness,the principle of risk prevention and control,the paper expounds the theoretical basis of information asymmetry theory,asset securitization theory and asset management theory,collects the first-hand information through the internal investigation of banks,and describes the current situation of non-performing loans in Q branch of bank Z,Through the analysis of report data,the paper studies the problems in the disposal of non-performing loans of the bank,and considers that the existing collection,write off,legal proceedings and other disposal methods of Q branch of Z bank have problems in collection efficiency and asset loss.At the same time,from the perspective of disposal methods,the current disposal methods of the bank are relatively single,and the disposal management of non-performing loans is not very complete Goodness.Then according to the existing problems,the paper puts forward specific suggestions on the disposal of non-performing assets of Q branch of Z Bank: pay attention to the construction of non-performing loan management team,explore new channels for the disposal of non-performing assets,improve the internal control mechanism for the disposal of non-performing loans,improve the efficiency of non-performing loan disposal through multi-party linkage,prevent the risks of cooperative institutions such as developers and intermediaries,etc.
