Discussion On The Development Of Rural Tourism From The Perspective Of "global Tourism"

In the late 1980 s,Shenzhen,the forefront of reform and opening up,held the Litchi Festival,marking the origin of rural tourism in China.After nearly 40 years of development,it has gradually become standardized.The development of rural tourism has become a key step to promote the construction of new socialist countryside and to alleviate the development gap between urban and rural areas.It can effectively slow down the decline of agriculture and increase the income of farmers,and has gradually attracted the attention of governments at all levels.With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the rural tourism vacation mode,which integrates leisure and culture,has become a new fashion,at the same time,it requires more for the transportation,accommodation,commodities and entertainment.Therefore,in the era of mass tourism consumption,how to grasp the opportunity of tourism market,meet the all-round experience needs of tourists,and get the favor of tourists has become an urgent need for rural tourism.At present,the role and influence of tourism as a comprehensive industry in the economic and social development have widespread increasingly.The traditional tourism model has no longer able to meet the needs of tourists in all aspects.The reality requires that we must change the tourism model from the last 30-year mode into the global one.Global tourism is a new mode of tourism development with a new concept and strategy,which is constantly summarized and refined in practice and help rural revitalization and overcome poverty.It pays special attention to the protection of regional resources and environment and the integration of industries,and effectively balances the relations and interests of the government,enterprises,residents and tourists.Under the background of global tourism,we should change the old rigid road of rural tourism,give full play to the driving and integration force,of tourism,grasp the demand of tourist marketand make use of the regional resources advantages,deeply explore the new road of integration development of tourism + agriculture,tourism +forestry,tourism + industry,tourism + commerce,tourism + culture,tourism + sports,and promote the flow of tourism resources elements in space and industry,then can realize the transformation from green mountains and clear waters to golden mountains and silver mountains.Since 2006,the rural tourism of Damu Township has gradually developed from a single tourist attraction of Damu Township Valley to a tourism cluster integrating tourism,leisure experience and industrial development.The number of tourists has increased from tens of thousands to more than One Million every year,which has become one of the major industries of Damu Township.However,due to the problems of single product mode,lack of features and long off season period,Damu Township can not fully adapt to the current tourism market needs.In addition,78% of the areas in Damu Township belongs to Damu Township Mountain Municipal Nature Reserve.It is the proper way for Damu Township to handle the relationship between ecological protection and tourism development,and adhere to the global tourism development guided by ecological priority and green development.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the development of rural tourism in Damu Township through visiting investigation,data collection and files consulting,reveals the disadvantages and opportunities of the development of rural tourism in Damu Township,and works out the effective mode of operation and organization for "all area tourism" under the premise of "paying attention to the great protection but not the great development".Besides,the paper also clarifies the overall orientation and theme image of the tourism development of Damu Township Township under the all area tourism mode,in order to continuously improve the tourism reception function,tourism product supply and tourism service capacity,breaks through the current "bottleneck period" of tourism development,and realizes the construction and sharing of tourism development by all residents of the area.
