The Rural Tourism Overall Planning Of Shiniu Township In Loudi County Hunan Province

In today's society,the economic development between regions is extremely unbalanced.A large number of rural residents move into the city to seek development while urban residents yearn to return to the countryside.Under the circumstance that the rural economy needs to be developed urgently,many rural governments have found a new way to balance urban and rural economy,which is rural tourism.For the remote areas with poor economic base and general natural resources,but still with economic development needs,the rural tourism development planning for the purpose of adjusting the industrial structure is particularly necessary.This paper is based on this point of view.Shiniu is located in Shuangfeng,Loudi,Hunan.It is the famous "land of Bamboo",at the same time,it is also one of the birthplaces of Hunan Army culture.Shiniu has plenty of landscape tourism resources,with pleasant environment.In resent years,Shiniu's rural tourism is developing year by year,but because of the location limitations,its development is impeded.For developing better rural tourism resources of Shiniu and improving located tourism industry,promoting the development of relevant industries,helping local farmers get rich and get out of poverty,attracting people to return to build a new hometown,solving the problems that Shiniu's economy has a weak foundation and there is the shortage of young labour.This paper gives advice that the details should be combed and the research should be done more in the whole area of Shiniu,to make Shiniu's rural tourism moves toward the major road as soon as possible and to develop and use it rational and orderly.Base on the methods of field research,literature induction,system analysis and synthesis technique,this paper makes an integration research systematically to the development of local resources of Shiniu.The first chapter introduces the significance,research method content,technical route of the topic and the concept of rural tourism and other basic concepts and related theories.The second chapter selects some outstanding cases of rural tourism at home and abroad to draw lessons from experience.The third chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of the development of rural tourism resources of Shiniu,finding that here are many problems such as poor infrastructure construction and poor economic condition in Shiniu's rural tourism.The fourth and the fifth part put forward the purpose and target strategies of the overall plan,making an overall planning of tourism in the whole rural area of Shiniu.This paper discusses about the rural tourism planning of Shiniu,hoping this case will provide some theoretical and planning reference for the rural tourism planning of the areas with poor economic base in the future.
